All my work done there has been covered under warranty which ends in January so we'll see where it goes from there. Since I've had the Chally I've gone there for cracked rocker panels and console bezel, covered. Malfunctioning key fob, covered. But had to go back a second time for programming. Tranny rebuild, mostly syncros and input shaft, covered. But took longer than I expected. Then I had to go back again cause the tranny tech destroyed the reverse sensor on the tranny and didn't say anything. Always do a walk around before they bring it in. They will not be insulted. I usually bring my ride in after I've cleaned it so it's easier to find scratches and dings. You may have to bite the bullet on this one.

I also recommend Auto salon. Their work is flawless from what I hear.
Good luck Capt...

Brad....that guy is a dork.... Just kidding, waiting for Brad to respond. LOL.

Wait, who is Brad?

Yeah, the way Michelle is about her car and the way she goes on about Auto Salon, I wouldn't think of bringing my baby anywhere else for body work. Just never thought I'd need body work because I needed a new tire!

Damn Jeff things seem like they are getting worse. Hope you get it worked out with them. Found a ding in the front left fender of mine today. Don't remember seeing it when we covered the car but that doesn't mean it wasn't there.

Brad is a service writer there. Of course Russ is the service manager.

hope you get resolution. I've been using OP Dodge for service now for 5 years and have no complaints, they always seem to take good care of my car when its there. They even pointed out a scuff mark that was on my right hand mirror, looked like purple paint, turned out that was my fault by rubbing the mirror on the opening to my garage as I entered too close on the right side. the purple trim around the door rubs off on the mirror if I don't give enough clearance driving in the garage.

Brad is the preferred person to deal with, left with anyone else and I just don't trust them as much. The parts guy at the dealership owns a challenger also. And is aware of JAM.
