How do you have your LED's wired up? Did you tie them into the under-hood light?

funny here we have a $40 to $50k cars and they do not come with hood lights. lol
I ran the wires behind the hood liner, followed the washer fluid lines and installed my own on and off switch.

Ah thanks Jesus, great idea installing a switch. I'm really surprised you guys don't have hood lights. I know a few Ram guys had the sockets for them but Ram just forgot to put in the little festoon bulb lol Hate to think of being broke down on the side of the road at night and not being able to see anything

You can also wire them up to work off a remote. Thommo did that for me on mine. Im sure he could help you too if interested. All my lights under my hood operate off of that one remote, on one of the channels.

That's not a bad idea, tossing around the idea of back lighting the front grill but not sure how well it'd turn out. Might be a bit to "tuner-ish". I'd like to do the engine bay eventually as well but I'd just tie that into the under hood light with a toggle switch so it doesn't turn on during the day when I open the hood. And Michelle do you have an email from Grant at Auto Salon by any chance? Sorry I kind of jacked your thread Bullish, but you just kick started a couple of mod ideas lol
